SECTION 4 – DONATIONS AND “æSOUVENIRS”

This website offers physical items as rewards for donations made to our organization. These rewards, called "antipodes café Souvenirs" or "æSouvenirs," are gifts of gratitude and do not constitute purchases or sales.

Donations only: When you donate, you support our non-profit initiatives. You receive souvenirs as a thank-you gift, not as products for sale.

If payment cannot be processed or is declined, your donation and any associated souvenirs may be canceled.

You can also perform donations directly to our bank account or via LIBERAPAY or Open Collective.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

Physical souvenirs will be shipped within 14 days of receiving your donation, unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors outside our control.

SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)

As transactions on this website are structured as donations with thank-you gifts rather than purchases, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the Norwegian Consumer Rights Act does not automatically apply.

If you change your mind after making a donation, you are welcome to request a return. We will process this if the donation has not already been invested in any of our initiatives. Otherwise, cases will be handled individually.

If you do not like the gift you received, or wish to exchange it for another, you may request this. Please note that you may be responsible for any related costs. We will coordinate this directly with you.

Contact forms

All information you provide us will be protected and not shared with anyone. Your contact information will be included in our contact lists for future communication with you. All our data is stored in a dedicated server in Sweden running with the last version of Nextcloud. Your contact info is safe there, we do not share it with third parties.

Our website use cookies for a better performance. In upcoming years we will try to reduce them to the minimum but it will take time.

Google Maps is included in the core of the site and we will work to remove it and add an Open Street maps. Any tip is more than welcome.
