YA (Pablo Grinjot)

Back in February, Argentine singer-songwriter Pablo Grinjot invited us to design the cover of his upcoming album, set to release on August 29 in CAFF, Buenos Aires. He called it YA, echoing a 2003 work co-authored by one of us with a giant—one we deeply miss—and other great ones.
In his honor, the red YA–AY circle from that unexpired urban intervention became essential. But it couldn’t return without a twisted wink, held by a horizon that keeps turning us upside down. YA and AY in balance again, as Lou joined the process, with songs and colors pouring in. And we cooked up a single collage—for the LP cover, plus others for a poster, invites, program, and screen.
